  1. Purpose

The purpose of this Information Security Program is to define GoMarble's approach to protecting customer data, internal systems, and company assets from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This program establishes a formal framework for managing information security across GoMarble.

  1. Scope

This Information Security Program applies to:

  • All GoMarble systems, applications, infrastructure, and services

  • All data processed, stored, or transmitted by GoMarble, including customer data

  • All employees, contractors, and authorized users with access to GoMarble systems

3. Information Security Governance

GoMarble maintains a formal information security governance structure. Responsibility for the Information Security Program is assigned to a designated Security Owner (CTO or equivalent role), who is accountable for:

  • Defining and maintaining security policies and procedures

  • Ensuring implementation of appropriate technical and organizational controls

  • Reviewing security risks and mitigation measures

  • Coordinating incident response activities

4. Risk Management

GoMarble evaluates information security risks related to its systems and services on a periodic basis. Identified risks are assessed based on potential impact and likelihood, and appropriate safeguards are implemented to reduce risk to acceptable levels.

5. Program Review

The Information Security Program is reviewed at least annually or when significant changes occur to systems, infrastructure, or business operations. Updates are made as needed to address evolving security threats and compliance requirements.

6. Compliance

GoMarble is committed to complying with applicable data protection and security requirements relevant to its services and customers. Employees and contractors are required to adhere to this program and all associated policies.
