This website gomarble.ai (the "Website") is owned and operated by GoMarble Technology Private Limited (hereinafter "GoMarble AI"). The following Terms of Use ("Terms") regulate the access to and use of Services (as defined below). Please review the Terms carefully. In order to use Services you must be a registered user and you must unconditionally consent to and accept these terms and conditions (including those regulating the processing of personal data) by ticking the "I agree" box when you sign up to the Services whereby you are entering into a legally binding agreement with GoMarble AI.

Data Processing Agreement

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The DPA is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available here.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall have the meanings set forth below. Additional definitions are also provided elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

"Agreement" means these terms and conditions including all policies, procedures and/or guidelines which appear on the Website from time to time.

"Ads Content" means any and all information and files that you publish on any supported advertising platform by the use of the Services, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).

"Ad Platform Terms" means any and all terms and conditions including policies, procedures and/or guidelines of any platform you connect to GoMarble AI, including but not limited to:

"Membership" means the subscription service that entitles you to use GoMarble AI to manage, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns across supported ad platforms, and to access AI-powered features including analytics, insights, and automated campaign actions.

"GoMarble AI" means GoMarble AI's unified advertising management and AI agent platform, including its assignees and successors, which supports multi-platform ad management and AI-driven growth marketing workflows.

"Trial Period" means the subscription service that entitles you to test GoMarble AI as a normal paying user for a total period of 14 days without paying.

"Services" means the web-based features and services included in, and provided as part of, GoMarble AI, including the advertising dashboard, AI chat agent, automated insights, and campaign management tools.

"AI Agent" means the artificial intelligence-powered assistant embedded in the Services that can, upon your instruction or with your authorization, take actions on connected ad platforms on your behalf, including creating, updating, pausing, or cloning campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

2. Use of Services

The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. GoMarble AI does not target its Services or the Website to individuals under the age of 18. GoMarble AI does not knowingly collect Personal Data (defined below) from individuals under the age of 18.

GoMarble AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited, personal right to use and access Services. GoMarble AI does not authorize other use or access, including, without limitation, by robots, spiders, crawlers and scraping technologies. You are responsible for your own username and password ("Login Information") and should not allow any third party to access or use your Login Information. You are responsible for all individuals that access Services through your Login Information ("Authorized Users"). You and your Authorized Users may use Services only for your own business, or if you are an agency, for your clients' businesses — not to access Services in order to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of Services.

GoMarble AI is a technical application that provides unified management and AI-powered tools for advertising across multiple platforms. To use certain features, you must connect at least one advertising account from a supported platform (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, or others as added from time to time). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and authorize GoMarble AI to access those accounts.

AI Agent Actions: When you authorize the AI Agent to take actions on your behalf, you acknowledge that such actions (e.g., publishing ads, modifying budgets, pausing campaigns) will have real effects on your advertising accounts and may result in ad spend charges from the respective ad platforms. GoMarble AI is not responsible for ad spend or outcomes resulting from AI Agent actions you authorize. See Section 18 for the full AI Agent Financial Liability terms.

Agency Use: If you are an agency or manage accounts on behalf of clients:

(a) You represent that you have obtained all necessary authorizations from each client to connect their ad accounts to GoMarble AI, to allow GoMarble AI to access and process their advertising data, and to authorize the AI Agent to take actions on their accounts.

(b) You represent that your agreements with each client include appropriate disclosures regarding the use of AI-powered tools and automated API access to their ad platforms, and that your clients have accepted the associated risks including those described in Section 18.

(c) GoMarble AI is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients. GoMarble AI has no obligations to your clients and no liability to you or your clients arising from the relationship between you and your clients. Any claims your clients bring against you in connection with GoMarble AI's services are solely your responsibility.

(d) You agree to indemnify GoMarble AI against all claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) brought by your clients or any third party arising from your use of GoMarble AI to manage their accounts, regardless of whether those claims allege fault by GoMarble AI.

(e) You acknowledge that GoMarble AI's aggregate liability to you is not multiplied by the number of client accounts you manage through GoMarble AI. The liability caps in Section 4 apply to all claims by you in aggregate, not per client account.

3. Pricing

The fee for the Membership (the "Membership Fee") shall be as quoted in GoMarble AI's current price list, which can be reviewed at gomarble.ai/pricing. All prices provided by GoMarble AI are (unless otherwise stated) exclusive of taxes and duties. You will have to provide a valid credit card or other payment method at the time of signing up for Membership.

GoMarble AI reserves the right to modify the Membership Fee and the prices for other Services from time to time in its sole discretion to cover any increase in GoMarble AI's costs for the Services (including but not limited to increased costs of materials, labor, services, currency fluctuations or as a result of government taxes and levies). You shall not be entitled to make any deduction from the sum due for the Membership in respect of any set-off or counterclaim against GoMarble AI. You are not entitled to withhold payments by reason of any alleged defect in the Membership and/or other Service(s).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are entitled to request a refund of the Membership Fee within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided that you have not made material use of the Services during that period. After the 14-day period, all fees paid to GoMarble AI shall be non-refundable and non-reimbursable under any circumstances.

If you sign up for a Trial Period, GoMarble AI will require you to provide it with a valid credit card or other payment method and start charging you automatically on the first day after the Trial Period is over, unless you cancel your account before the end of the Trial Period.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period. Upon expiration of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable fees will be charged to your provided payment method, unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

You remain responsible at all times for the direct payment of advertising spend charged by any connected ad platform (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, etc.). GoMarble AI's Membership Fee is separate from and does not include advertising spend.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMarble AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any actions taken by the AI Agent on your behalf on connected ad platforms.

GoMarble AI provides you with a technical application for advanced management of advertising across multiple platforms and AI-powered features to assist with marketing decisions. You agree and acknowledge that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the publishing of ads on any ad platform, including actions taken by the AI Agent that you have authorized. You further agree and acknowledge that GoMarble AI does not prescreen the Ads Content, but that GoMarble AI shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to review, reject or remove any Ads Content transmitted by the use of GoMarble AI.

GoMarble AI assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors, costs, loss, disclosure of or related to Ads Content or other information or data not being transferred to or published on any ad platform, or caused by malfunction in a transfer facility.

Platform Bot Detection and Account Risk. GoMarble AI accesses your connected ad platform accounts programmatically via official APIs. You acknowledge and accept that: (a) Ad platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google independently operate automated security, fraud detection, and bot detection systems that may flag, restrict, limit, or permanently suspend accounts — including personal Facebook profiles, Business Manager accounts, and ad accounts — that are accessed via third-party tools, even when those tools operate within the platform's official API framework. (b) GoMarble AI has no control over, and no ability to predict or prevent, decisions made by Meta, Google, or any other platform's automated or manual enforcement systems. (c) GoMarble AI is not liable for any account restriction, suspension, loss of access, loss of advertising data, loss of ad spend, or any other consequence arising from a platform's decision to flag or act on your account in connection with your use of GoMarble AI's services. (d) This risk applies to all accounts connected to GoMarble AI, including personal social media profiles associated with your Business Manager or ad accounts. You should maintain independent access and backup credentials for all connected accounts and monitor your platform account health independently of GoMarble AI.

"YOU USE ALL SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOMARBLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, GOMARBLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, AND NON INFRINGEMENT, THAT SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE."

No advice or information whether verbal or written, obtained from GoMarble AI or elsewhere will create any warranty or condition not expressly stated in these Terms. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein.

GoMarble AI is not liable for any delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances that were not reasonably foreseeable by GoMarble AI at the time of entering into these Terms and the effects of which could not reasonably be avoided or overcome, including but not limited to reduced or disrupted access to any supported ad platform, disruption or delay in external networks or telephony connections or shortage in power supply. GoMarble AI shall not in any case be liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of GoMarble AI or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory on which any such damages may be based.

"GoMarble AI's aggregate liability arising out of the use of GoMarble AI and/or Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to GoMarble AI in the past three (3) months."

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In such cases, GoMarble AI's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, designs, patent, trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property rights ("IPR") in and to GoMarble AI or displayed on the Website are and shall remain the exclusive property of GoMarble AI (or any applicable ad platform or third party as the case may be). You do not acquire any IPR to GoMarble AI apart from the right of use under these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, publishing, transmission, modification, sale and any other usage of the IPR of GoMarble AI is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of GoMarble AI. User-generated content remains the property of the user; however, by submitting content through the Services, you grant GoMarble AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Data Collection

Submitting your name and e-mail address as well as any other requested personal data or any other personally identifiable information (collectively, "Personal Data") is a condition to using the Services. The Personal Data that you provide will allow GoMarble AI to inform you of the Services as well as other services and products of interest. GoMarble AI, its affiliates and partners, may use your Personal Data for processing, managing and providing you with personalized news, advertisement and other information. You may at all times opt-out from any further advertisement to your email address by sending a notice to GoMarble AI at the address as first set out in these terms and conditions.

Cookies may be used in order to make your visit to the Website easier, to enhance your experience, keep track of the number of visitors to and the general use of this Website as well as to keep track of advertisement. A cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive, which tracks your movements within the Website. The information collected from you on the Website helps us evaluate what types of information might be of interest to other visitors.

You unconditionally consent to GoMarble AI's collection and processing of your Personal Data as specified in these Terms by ticking the "I agree" box when you sign up.

Please review the Privacy Policy, available at https://gomarble.ai/privacy, and incorporated herein by reference, for a more detailed description of GoMarble AI's collection and usage of your Personal Data.

Connected Platform Data

When you connect any advertising or analytics platform account (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Shopify, Klaviyo) to GoMarble AI, our use of information received from those platform APIs adheres to the respective platform's API usage policies, including any Limited Use requirements.

For each connected platform:

  • We access only the data you explicitly authorize through the platform's OAuth consent flow

  • Your platform data is used exclusively to provide advertising analytics, reporting, insights, and campaign management within GoMarble AI

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your platform data with third parties for their independent use

  • You can revoke GoMarble AI's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's account permissions

Data Security: All platform data transmission occurs over encrypted connections and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Email Communication

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Every email from us will include a clearly visible 'unsubscribe' link. Upon clicking the link, you will be removed from that mailing list with immediate effect. More details available in the privacy policy.

7. Links from the Website

This Website contains links to third-party websites that are not owned, controlled or operated by GoMarble AI or any of its affiliates ("Third-Party Websites"). If you use these links, GoMarble AI cannot be held liable for any content, material or other information displayed on those Third-Party Websites. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by GoMarble AI of those Third-Party Sites. You acknowledge that GoMarble AI is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that GoMarble AI is not responsible for the content of such Third-Party Sites. Your use of any Third-Party Site is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to Third-Party Site.

8. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Services shall in any way constitute any agency, association, partnership, joint venture or employee-employer relationship between you and GoMarble AI. You shall not have any right, power or authority to make any representation or to assume or create any obligation, whether expressed or implied, on behalf of the other, or to bind GoMarble AI in any manner.

9. Your Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GoMarble AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, from all losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, which are based on or arise from: (a) your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms or otherwise related to your Ads Content and/or use of GoMarble AI; (b) allegations that your Ads Content infringes or violates IPR, privacy rights, or other rights of a third party, or violates any applicable law; (c) your use of any Third-Party Websites or any third-party services; (d) any actions taken by the AI Agent on any ad platform that you authorized; (e) any claims by your clients or end-clients arising from your use of GoMarble AI to manage their advertising accounts, whether or not such claims allege negligence or fault by GoMarble AI; (f) any restriction, suspension, or termination of your account or your clients' accounts by any ad platform including Meta or Google, arising from or related to your use of GoMarble AI; or (g) any breach by you of any ad platform's terms of service in connection with your use of GoMarble AI.

10. Termination

These terms and conditions shall be valid until terminated by you or GoMarble AI as provided below:

The Services that are free of charge, during the Trial Period, may be terminated by you at any time and without cause simply by removing the GoMarble AI application. You may at any time and without cause terminate your Membership by giving GoMarble AI fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the end of each month. You acknowledge and agree that you shall fulfil your obligations pursuant to these Terms until termination. The Membership Fee will always be calculated on a full calendar month basis.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

"IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICES OR HARMED BY GOMARBLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED OR BY ANYTHING RELATED TO SERVICES, YOU MAY TERMINATE SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION OF THE TERMS, AS APPLICABLE."

Such termination shall be your sole and exclusive remedy (and your sole and exclusive liability) for any breach of contract.

GoMarble AI is entitled to, in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of Services if you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms or any applicable law. Any such termination of your access to the Services may be affected without prior notice and you acknowledge and agree that GoMarble AI may immediately delete any information or files in your account (if any) and revoke any further access to GoMarble AI without being liable to you or any third party. GoMarble AI may also terminate Services without any reason whatsoever, at any time, by providing you with written notice of termination.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Services, are governed by and construed in all matters in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka (India), without regard to any conflict of law principles.

"Except as otherwise provided in this Section, all disputes shall be subject to, and the parties irrevocably accept, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India."

Either party may, at its sole discretion, seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction (including, but not limited, to preliminary injunctive relief).

Except as otherwise provided in this Section, all disputes shall be resolved by final, binding arbitration before 3 arbitrators pursuant to the rules and under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (the "Rules"). In accordance with the Rules, each party shall select 1 arbitrator, and the 2 arbitrators shall select a third one. The arbitrators shall be knowledgeable in the chosen law and online advertising industry. At either party's request, the arbitrators shall have the authority to determine issues of arbitrability and to award compensatory damages, but they shall not award punitive or exemplary damages. The parties, their representatives, and any other participants shall hold the existence, content, and results of arbitration in confidence. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language, and shall take place in Karnataka, India, or any other place on which all 3 arbitrators agree unanimously.

"YOU AND GOMARBLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION."

Unless both you and GoMarble AI agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

A prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms or to defend any action related to these Terms or Services shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable fees for attorneys and expert witnesses, plus such costs and expenses as may be fixed by any arbitration panel or court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Operation of Service

GoMarble AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict access to any portion of GoMarble AI and/or its Services at any time without notice and for any reason and will not be liable to you in any way for possible consequences of the aforesaid.

13. Amendments of Terms and Conditions

GoMarble AI may change, amend or modify any of these terms or conditions, at any time and in GoMarble AI's sole discretion. Changes will be notified by posting a change notice on the Website that is visible when users logon for the first time after a change has been made and by e-mail to you. All such modifications shall have effect 30 days after notice, unless indicated otherwise. If you do not consent to any changes in these Terms you must terminate Services pursuant to Section 10. Your continued use of the Website and Services will be subject to the then current terms applicable to the Website.

14. Assignment

GoMarble AI may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to affiliates and other companies within the same corporate group.

15. Severability

In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision (or part thereof) shall be enforced to the extent possible consistent with the stated intention of the parties, or if incapable of such enforcement shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and conditions, while the remainder of this these terms and conditions shall continue in full force and remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bangalore, India to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

18. AI Agent Financial Liability and Risk Disclosure

18.1 Nature of Agent Actions

The AI Agent can execute the following categories of actions on connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads accounts on your behalf, upon your explicit approval:

  • Campaign management: create, update, pause, activate, or clone campaigns

  • Ad set management: create, update, or modify targeting, budgets, schedules, and optimization goals on ad sets

  • Ad and creative management: create, update, or clone ads and ad creatives including copy, images, and URLs

  • Budget changes: modify daily or lifetime budgets and spend caps on campaigns and ad sets

Each action goes through a propose-then-approve workflow: the AI Agent proposes changes for your review, and execution only occurs after your explicit approval. You must review all proposed actions carefully before approving.

18.2 Financial Risk Acknowledgment

By enabling and using the AI Agent, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following financial risks:

(a) Immediate spend activation: Approving an action that sets a campaign or ad set status to ACTIVE will cause it to begin serving ads and incurring advertising spend on the connected platform immediately. GoMarble AI is not responsible for any ad spend that results from actions you have approved.

(b) Budget errors: Campaign budgets are denominated in your ad account's native currency. Any misunderstanding of budget amounts during the approval step is solely your responsibility. GoMarble AI is not liable for ad spend resulting from approved budget settings.

(c) Cloning and duplication: The AI Agent may clone campaigns, ad sets, or ads at your direction. Cloned objects are independent of their originals and will incur separate advertising spend. GoMarble AI is not responsible for duplicated or unintended spend resulting from clone operations you approved.

(d) Partial execution: If a batch of approved actions fails mid-execution, actions that completed before the failure point will remain in effect on the ad platform and cannot be automatically rolled back by GoMarble AI. GoMarble AI is not responsible for the advertising spend or campaign state resulting from partially executed batches.

(e) Approval timeouts: If you do not approve or reject a proposed action within the approval window (between 2.5 and 10 minutes depending on batch size), the operation will be cancelled. If you subsequently re-propose the same action, the result may be duplicate operations or duplicated campaign objects. GoMarble AI is not responsible for duplication or overspend resulting from re-proposed actions.

(f) API state divergence: In rare cases, a GoMarble AI action may be transmitted to and executed by the ad platform's API while GoMarble AI's system records it as failed due to a network or API error. GoMarble AI is not responsible for ad spend or changes resulting from such divergent states.

18.3 Platform Policy Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI Agent actions — including any ad creatives, copy, targeting parameters, and campaign structures — comply with the policies of the relevant ad platform (Meta Advertising Standards, Google Ads policies, etc.). GoMarble AI does not pre-screen AI-generated content for platform policy compliance. Any consequences of policy violations, including ad rejection, account restriction, or account suspension, are your sole responsibility. GoMarble AI is not liable for any losses resulting from platform policy violations arising from AI Agent actions.

18.4 Your Monitoring Obligation

You are responsible for actively monitoring your connected ad accounts for unexpected activity, spend anomalies, or policy violations. GoMarble AI recommends:

  • Setting account-level spend caps directly within the ad platform as a backstop

  • Reviewing all proposed AI Agent actions carefully before approving

  • Disabling the AI Agent's ability to activate campaigns (if available) unless you intend immediate spend

  • Regularly reviewing your ad platform billing statements independently of GoMarble AI reporting

18.5 Limitation of GoMarble AI's Liability for Agent Actions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoMarble AI's total liability arising from or related to any AI Agent action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the Membership Fee paid by you to GoMarble AI in the calendar month in which the relevant action occurred. GoMarble AI is not liable for any advertising spend, lost profits, platform penalties, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from AI Agent actions you have approved.

18.6 Indemnification for Agent Actions

In addition to your indemnification obligations under Section 9, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoMarble AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third party — including your clients, your ad platform providers, or regulatory authorities — arising from AI Agent actions taken on your connected ad accounts.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, doing or attempting to do the following in connection with the Services: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes or activities; (b) access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; (d) use the AI Agent to take actions on ad platforms that violate the terms of service of those platforms; (e) use the Services to manage advertising accounts without the proper authorization from the account owners.
