Agentic marketing, governed by your guardrails
Set what each agent can do, where it can act, and when it must ask. Nothing runs outside those rules.

Why governance matters
A confident answer can still be the wrong action.
When AI can touch live spend, a vague instruction is not a control. High-stakes decisions need an explicit policy before an agent can move money or change a campaign.
Agents stay adaptive. Your controls travel with every action.

Keep every action inside hard limits.
Choose the accounts, action list, budget ceiling, and manager before an agent can touch live spend.
Fleet management
Manage the fleet by account.
Filter every agent by account scope, then see its owner and latest run in one place.

Task Logs show the agent, its manager, the approver, the platform result, and the reason behind every live change.

AI Chatbots need guardrails
Claude and
ChatGPT execute blindly without guardrails, but prompts are not controls. GoMarble adds hard action policies and a traceable execution layer between a recommendation and a live account change.

Governance starts with platform access.
GoMarble connects through official platform consent, respects the access each platform grants, and applies your agent rules inside that ceiling.

What teams ask before agents touch live spend.
Can an agent change campaigns on its own?
Only when that action is set to Allow. The agent still stays inside its assigned accounts, budget cap, and platform permissions.
What happens when an action needs approval?
GoMarble prepares the exact change and waits. A team member with Act access can review and approve it in GoMarble or Slack.
Can each agent have different permissions?
Yes. Set Allow, Ask, or Block by action, then assign the account scope and manager for each agent.
What happens if a platform rejects a change?
The action stops, the platform response is recorded in Task Logs, and the agent reports the failure. It cannot widen access or retry outside its policy.
Can we see who approved every change?
Yes. Task Logs capture the agent, manager, approver, time, platform, requested change, and final platform response.
What happens when an agent's manager changes?
The agent pauses if no manager is assigned. Its setup stays intact, and work resumes after a new manager takes ownership.
Can we limit an agent to specific accounts?
Yes. Each agent receives an explicit account scope, and its action policy only applies inside those accounts.
What happens if a platform connection loses access?
Work for that connection pauses, the failure is logged, and the team is notified in Slack or email. The agent cannot switch accounts or permissions on its own.
