How we evaluated these tools
We assessed every tool on the same 6 criteria, so the comparison stays like-for-like rather than reflecting whichever feature each vendor leads with.
Fatigue signals tracked
Frequency, CTR decay, creative age, spend concentration — which does it actually surface?
Attribute-level analysis
Can it tell you which hook, format or angle is tiring, or only which ad ID is declining?
Baseline quality
Does it compare a creative against its own history, or only against its peers?
Alerting
Does it notify you as fatigue develops, or only when you go looking?
Next-step output
Does it stop at the diagnosis, or produce a refresh brief or variant?
Library scale
Does it stay usable across hundreds of creatives and several accounts?
The tools
Every entry below uses the same structure — best for, platforms, what it does, capabilities, pros, limitations, pricing, ideal customer, verdict — so you can compare like with like.
1. Motion
Best for: Creative reporting and creative-ops workflows
Platforms: Meta, TikTok
Motion describes itself as a fully integrated AI creative strategy system with a workflow builder powered by your ad data and tags. It organises ad creative at scale, builds creative leaderboards, and supports the day-to-day reporting rhythm of an in-house creative team.
Key capabilities
- Tag-based organisation of ad creative at scale
- Creative leaderboards and creative reporting
- Workflow builder driven by ad data and tags
- Multi-account support for creative teams
Pros
- Best-in-class tag taxonomy for organising creative at volume
- Built around how creative teams actually work day to day, not retrofitted from a media tool
- Creative leaderboards designed for in-house creative ops
Limitations
- Creative-first by design — less depth on media-side diagnosis such as auction or budget drivers
- Entry tier is priced for brands already spending meaningfully on paid
Pricing: From $750/mo (Starter, up to $50K/mo ad spend); Pro $1,200/mo; Growth custom (checked September 2026)
Best suited for: Creative teams and creative strategists at brands running paid at scale
Verdict: If the primary job is creative tagging and creative reporting, Motion is the more specialised choice.
2. GoMarble
Best for: AI ad analysis with root-cause diagnosis and in-account execution
Platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify
GoMarble is an AI agent for paid media. It connects to your ad accounts, explains why metrics moved rather than only charting that they did, and then acts on that diagnosis — GoMarble AI Agents edit bids, budgets and campaign status directly, and Ad Launch ships new campaigns. Both are gated on human approval.
Key capabilities
- Root-cause analysis — decomposes a ROAS or CPA change into spend, CPM, CTR, CVR and AOV contributions
- GoMarble AI Agents — execute against their own diagnosis: bid and budget changes, pausing and scaling ads
- Ad Launch — analyzes creatives, picks the campaign, drafts brand-voice copy and ships it, gated on approval
- Execution across five channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Bing
- Creative analysis — connects hooks, formats and angles to performance, and flags fatigue signals
- Cross-channel analysis — Meta and Google in a single account view
- Conversational reporting — ask for the analysis in chat or Slack instead of building a dashboard
- Scheduled reports and anomaly alerts delivered to Slack or email, with no infrastructure to build
- Reports that carry recommended actions, which Agents can then execute on approval
- AI agents + MCP servers — drive the same analysis from Claude or your own tooling
Pros
- Diagnosis and execution in one place — it acts on its own analysis rather than handing you a list
- Reporting is conversational rather than built — you ask a question and get the answer, instead of designing a dashboard and maintaining it
- Reports arrive where the team already works (Slack or email) and carry actions, not just numbers
- Changes are gated on human approval rather than applied silently
- Meta and Google analysed together instead of in separate silos
- Open MCP servers mean the analysis is reachable from Claude and other AI clients, not locked in a dashboard
Limitations
- Not an attribution platform — no multi-touch modelling or incrementality testing, so it complements rather than replaces Northbeam or Triple Whale for measurement
- Creative tagging taxonomy is less granular than a dedicated creative-ops tool like Motion
- Not a white-label client-reporting platform — no branded client portal or per-client packaging, which agencies reporting to many clients will still need elsewhere
- Fewer prebuilt dashboard templates than the incumbent reporting suites
Pricing: See our pricing page for current plans View GoMarble pricing →
Best suited for: Performance marketers, in-house paid media teams and agencies who want diagnosis and execution in one agent
Verdict: The strongest fit when you want the same system to work out why performance moved and then make the change, across Meta and Google together.
3. Atria
Best for: Turning Meta ad performance into creative briefs
Platforms: Meta
Atria analyses a brand's ads and data to identify personas, hooks and messages, then generates creative briefs and grades individual ads with suggested fixes. It is an end-to-end Meta creative workflow.
Key capabilities
- Creative brief generation from performance data
- Per-ad grading with concrete suggested fixes
- Swipe files and asset management in one place
- Batch ad launching on Meta
Pros
- Closes the loop from performance data to a brief a production team can execute
- Per-ad grading gives specific, actionable creative feedback
Limitations
- Meta-only — no Google or cross-channel view
- Annual billing on all published tiers — no monthly option shown
Pricing: Core $129/mo; Plus $479/mo; Business $959/mo; Enterprise custom (billed annually) (checked September 2026)
Best suited for: Performance teams that need creative volume and velocity on Meta
Verdict: Strong for Meta creative workflow; not a cross-channel analytics choice.
4. Triple Whale
Best for: Ecommerce measurement and attribution on the Shopify stack
Platforms: Shopify
Triple Whale positions itself as a complete intelligence platform for ecommerce, unifying measurement, analytics, AI, creative and automation. It centralises advertising and store data to provide attribution and reporting across the funnel.
Key capabilities
- Attribution via its own pixel, alongside MMM and incrementality in its measurement suite
- Unified ecommerce and ad reporting with a large prebuilt dashboard library
- Creative analytics on higher tiers
- Deep native integration with the Shopify stack
Pros
- Genuinely strong ecommerce measurement — attribution, MMM and incrementality in one place
- Deep Shopify-stack integration and a large library of ready-made dashboards
- Free tier available for basic pixel tracking and first/last-click attribution
Limitations
- Built around ecommerce — weaker fit for lead-gen, B2B or app advertisers
- Attribution depth comes with a setup and data-hygiene burden
Pricing: From $179/mo (Starter); Advanced $259/mo; custom from $539/mo (checked May 2026 — Triple Whale no longer publishes tier prices publicly)
Best suited for: Ecommerce operators, founders and agencies wanting unified funnel measurement
Verdict: The better choice when attribution and store-level measurement matter more than ad-account diagnosis.
5. AdCreative.ai
Best for: Generating ad creative variations at volume
Platforms: Not publicly stated
AdCreative.ai generates ad creative from product images and copy inputs. It is a production tool — it makes assets rather than analysing how existing campaigns are performing.
Key capabilities
- AI generation of ad images, video and copy
- Template library across creative formats
- Brand-level workspaces for agencies
- Landing page and copy generation
Pros
- Fast self-serve creative generation without a designer in the loop
- Accessible to solo marketers and small teams — no procurement cycle
Limitations
- A creative production tool, not an analytics or diagnosis tool
- Credit-based pricing means cost scales with output volume
Pricing: From $39/mo (Starter); Professional $249/mo; Ultimate $999/mo (checked September 2026)
Best suited for: Marketing teams producing ad creative at volume
Verdict: Belongs in a creative-production stack, not an analytics shortlist.
6. Madgicx
Best for: Rule-based automation and execution speed on Meta
Platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify
Madgicx bundles automation, targeting, analytics and ad management for Meta ads, with a separate Tracking Pro add-on for advanced server-side attribution. It is built for teams that already know the play they want to run and need it executed consistently.
Key capabilities
- Rule-based automation on bids, budgets and creative rotation
- Meta-specific targeting and ad management
- Server-side tracking and attribution via the Tracking Pro add-on
- Creative and performance reporting for Meta
Pros
- Mature Meta-specific automation — strong when the playbook is already defined
- Set-and-forget rules reduce manual account maintenance
- Advanced attribution available as an add-on
Limitations
- Automation-led — it executes a playbook rather than diagnosing why performance moved
- Headline pricing is not published as a fixed tier; it is calculated from your ad spend in-product
Pricing: Pro Complete with AI — price calculated from your monthly ad spend band, shown in-app; Tracking Pro add-on $49/mo (checked September 2026)
Best suited for: Performance marketers running Meta at scale who need execution speed
Verdict: Best when you know what to do on Meta and want it automated, not diagnosed.
7. Smartly.io
Best for: Enterprise paid social orchestration across creative and media
Platforms: Meta
Smartly.io unifies creative, media and intelligence suites for large-scale paid social. It is built for organisations running global campaigns with dedicated creative and media teams under enterprise contracts.
Key capabilities
- Creative, Media and Intelligence suites in one platform
- Large-scale creative production and dynamic ad variation
- Cross-market campaign orchestration
- Enterprise governance, permissions and workflow
Pros
- Genuinely enterprise-grade orchestration across creative and media
- Handles global, multi-market paid social that mid-market tools struggle with
Limitations
- No public pricing and an enterprise sales cycle — not accessible to smaller teams
- Heavier implementation than a self-serve analytics tool
Pricing: Custom enterprise pricing — not publicly listed (checked September 2026 — re-checked; smartly.io/pricing returns 404, no public tiers)
Best suited for: Enterprise brand, agency and creative teams running global paid social
Verdict: An enterprise platform decision, not a tool purchase — scoped by contract.
8. AdManage
Best for: Launching large batches of ads quickly across channels
Platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn
AdManage is built for launch throughput: uploading once and publishing large batches of ads across channels with automated naming conventions and creative enhancement controls.
Key capabilities
- Bulk launching in large batches with automated naming
- Broad channel coverage beyond the main two platforms
- Enhancement lock to prevent platform-side creative alterations
- Automation rules on higher tiers
Pros
- Removes the launch bottleneck for teams shipping large creative batches
- Wider launch surface than most tools in this category
- Flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of ad spend
Limitations
- Solves launching, not analysis — no performance diagnosis layer
- Pricing is listed in GBP, which adds an FX step for non-UK buyers
Pricing: Essential £199.99/mo (1 account, 1 platform); In-house £499.99/mo (5 accounts); Agency £999.99/mo (10 accounts); Enterprise custom (checked September 2026)
Best suited for: Media buyers and agencies whose bottleneck is launch throughput
Verdict: A launch tool — pair it with an analytics layer rather than comparing the two.

How the tools differ
The list above tells you what each tool does. This section answers the decision question — which one fits the job you actually have.
If you need attribute-level fatigue analysis
Motion
Motion's tag taxonomy is the most granular here — it can separate a tiring hook from a tiring format. That is a genuinely better fit for this job than our own creative analysis.
If you need to rule out non-creative causes first
GoMarble
Where our root-cause decomposition helps is confirming the decline is creative-driven at all, rather than CPM or CVR moving underneath it.
If you want the refresh brief written for you
Atria
Atria's output is a brief and per-ad fixes, which is the more direct path when a production team executes the refresh.
If you need replacement variants quickly
AdCreative.ai, AdManage
Generation and bulk launch. Neither diagnoses fatigue — they shorten the response once you have.
If fatigue needs to trigger an automatic pause
Madgicx
Rule-based rotation handles the mechanical response, provided your fatigue thresholds are already settled.
If creative volume is enterprise-scale
Smartly.io, Triple Whale
Both handle large libraries, though creative depth is secondary to their main purpose.
Best tool by use case
Not a ranking — a mapping. Most teams need one of these jobs done well rather than the highest overall score.
| Use case | Recommended tools |
|---|---|
| Identify which hook is tiring | Motion |
| Confirm the decline is creative-driven | GoMarble |
| Generate a refresh brief | Atria |
| Produce replacement variants | AdCreative.ai |
| Launch the refresh batch | AdManage |
| Auto-rotate fatigued ads | Madgicx |
| Track fatigue across many accounts | Motion, Smartly.io |
| Tie creative to revenue | Triple Whale |
What to consider before choosing a creative fatigue tool
Fatigue is an inference, not a metric
No platform reports a fatigue number. Every tool infers it from a combination of frequency, CTR decay, creative age and spend. Ask what combination a vendor uses before trusting the label.
Distinguish fatigue from saturation
A tiring creative and an exhausted audience produce similar curves. The difference matters: one is fixed with new creative, the other with new targeting.
Check the baseline
Comparing a creative against its own launch-period performance is more reliable than comparing it against other ads in the account, which may differ in audience and placement.
Attribute-level beats ad-level
Knowing ad 4471 is declining tells you to pause it. Knowing that a hook style has declined across six ads tells you what not to make next.
Decide the threshold before you need it
Agreeing in advance what frequency and CTR decline trigger a refresh prevents the decision being made under pressure on a bad week.
Separate diagnosis from production
Detecting fatigue and producing the replacement are different tools. Most teams need both, and few products do both well.
