The problem
Too much data, too little clarity.
ETS runs paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok in more than 160 countries. Any useful answer had to begin with the same routine: export each platform, standardise the files, and bring them together in Excel.
That routine worked for scheduled reporting. It was much less useful when someone needed a quick read on a smaller market, a creative pattern, or a sudden performance change.
- Fragmented performance data across three platforms
- No fast path for market-level questions
- Creative analysis rebuilt from manual exports
- Hours spent turning raw metrics into stakeholder updates
How the team works now
The first useful read now starts with a question.
ETS made GoMarble the working layer between its platform data and the people who need answers. The team still decides what matters. It spends far less time assembling the evidence first.
Cross-market performance analysis
The team asks direct questions across platforms and regions instead of running separate exports for every market.
Creative intelligence
Formats, messages, and angles can be compared without rebuilding the analysis from scratch each time.
Stakeholder reporting
Raw metrics become a structured narrative with clearer issues, opportunities, and next actions.
A broader set of questions became worth asking.
Smaller markets no longer have to wait for a bespoke spreadsheet analysis. The team can inspect the same connected dataset while the question is still relevant.
The result
The reporting queue got shorter.
GoMarble did not add another dashboard for the team to monitor. It changed how quickly a question could move from curiosity to a defensible answer.
GoMarble changed my way of thinking about how we can leverage AI in the digital marketing space.
